Military Self-Storage
The MARC Group recognized a demand and implemented private ownership of self-storage facilities for military personnel. In 2005, we obtained authorization from Congress to develop land at Camp Pendleton.
This self-storage facility is available for the men and women who serve in the military. Their goods are stored in a safe and secure environment that is conveniently located on the installation, and at a price that is discounted from the surrounding areas. This concept has been received with open arms from not only the service personnel, but also the commanding officers. Others may look at it as a normal self-storage facility, but for the service members that utilize the amenities, it is much more. These men and women store everything they own while they are deployed. While on deployment they are assured that when they return home their prized possessions will be kept safe. They will also have convenient access to those possessions immediately upon their return.
Military self-storage has remained 100% occupied since opening. The services provided have benefited all parties involved. Next steps for The MARC Group are to supply military personnel affordable self-storage, coast to coast.
